At Hoteles Tequendama, personal data is processed responsibly, securely, and in accordance with current Colombian regulations, especially Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees. The personal information collected—such as data from guests, clients, suppliers, employees, and other data subjects—is used solely for legitimate purposes related to the provision of hotel services, administrative, commercial, and contractual management, and compliance with legal obligations.

The organization guarantees respect for the rights of data subjects, who may at any time access, update, rectify, or delete their information, or revoke the authorization granted, through the channels established for this purpose. Furthermore, strict technical, human, and administrative measures are applied to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data, preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of information.

The processing of sensitive data, data of minors, information obtained through video surveillance systems, cookies, digital platforms and, where applicable, artificial intelligence technologies, is carried out under criteria of legality, necessity, proportionality and transparency, always prioritizing the interest and protection of the data subject.
